Nannarella is much more than gelato. It is a concept, an experience, a fusion of cultures and flavours. This project incorporates the principles of quality, that combines thoroughly artisan-manual production processes with local ingredients and selected national raw materials, coupled with every attention to the human relationships and wellbeing prevailing in the Famiglia.
The knowledge came from Italy, along with the love and dedication that we put into making each recipe. We work with our hands to ensure our gelato are authentic and truly Italian, homemade where they are then served and in accordance with the very highest quality standards.
Our gelato only include products of excellence, with the freshest of portuguese raw materials, selected from the best producers: fresh milk, fresh fruit - up to 70% per recipe and spring mineral water, without any flavourings, colourings, or preservatives.âŻâŻ
We invest in innovation and continually research into new ways of making gelatos and new flavours.
We value the difference: we collaborate with the OED (Employment Operation for People with Disabilities). We help local employment and cooperate on a continuous basis with our neighbours for the development of the neighbourhood.
We share knowledge. We believe and promote artisan skills and run professional modules for training and consultancy on the launching of business projects based on our concept of quality.
